iTools

iTools provides an efficient means of using your Windows-powered PC to manage data stored on your iDevice – iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. You can use iTools to access the media that is stored on your iDevice, to view the photos that are stored on your iDevice, to view the apps that are installed on your iDevice, and so on.

To get started with iTools you will have to go through the following steps: download a small ZIP archive; extract the data in the archive; run the iTools executable. When you run the aforementioned executable, iTools will launch – you will not be presented with a setup wizard and you will not have to go through an installation process.

It must be mentioned here that iTools is compatible with iTunes 11 and iOS 7. It must also be mentioned that iTools needs iTunes to connect to your iDevice; when you run iTools for the first time, the application will check to see if iTunes is installed on your PC.

The first thing you are going to like about the interface is that it is quite easy to navigate. Use the panel on the left hand side to access media, photos, apps, and so on.
The second thing you are going to like about the interface is that it provides support for themes. From the menu in the upper right hand corner you can pick one of several themes: Default, Orange, Blue-Gray, Cambridge Blue, Grey, Dollar bill, Purple, Pink, Blue, New Spring.

From a functionality point of view, you can expect to get the following from iTools: browse the local computer library; browse iDevice contents; view media files stored on your iDevice; tag apps; view apps installed on your iDevice; built-in ringtone maker; backup and restore; and more.
